The Theft In the Spiral entries are in no particular order, the random free items that appear as decorations that you can just pocket.
The first one is the Proud Pegasus Statue. This can be found in the Aerie behind Lapin Wingtamer on Pegasus Place (pictured above).
The second one is the Estate Painting on the wall of Professor Quentin Burble’s house on Tanglewood Way, the easiest way to get to his house is go up the stairs behind the fountain and it’s the green door with the lanterns on either side.
